§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
1. The Regulations are valid on the premises of the REST HOSTEL MODLIN and apply to all persons staying there.
2. The room renter is hereinafter referred to as the "Hostel", and the room tenant is referred to as the "Guest".
3. The Hostel Regulations define the principles of short-term services provided
renting rooms, liability of the parties to the contract and staying at the Hostel and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he or she has read and fully accepts the terms and conditions of the regulations and undertakes to comply with them.
§ 2. HOSTEL DAY
1. Rooms in the Hostel are rented daily.
2. The day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day.
3. The guest should submit a request to extend the hostel stay no later than:
10:00 a.m. on the day your stay ends. The hostel may not take into account the request to extend the stay if all rooms are used or in the case of a guest who does not comply with the applicable regulations.
4. The facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay at the Hostel in the event of failure to make full payment for the current stay.
5. Extending the hostel stay involves an additional fee. Detailed information on fees related to extending the day can be found on our website.
§ 3. RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
1. Reservations can be made on our website.
2. After making the reservation, the Guest receives a preliminary reservation agreement via e-mail, which contains the reservation conditions and information necessary to make the payment.
3. If the payment does not reach the hostel's bank account within the time specified in the initial reservation agreement or is received later, it is considered that the agreement has not been concluded and the Hostel has the right to sell the room to another person and cancel the reservation.
4. After the payment is credited to the Hostel's bank account, the Guest receives a guaranteed reservation agreement by e-mail. You have all the information necessary to check in to our facility.
5. If the Guest leaves the facility earlier than the date specified in the guaranteed reservation agreement, the difference in the cost of stay will not be refunded.
6. A hostel guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he/she paid the stay fee has not expired.
7. Persons not registered at the Hostel cannot stay in the hotel room at the Guest's invitation.
8. The hostel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the regulations, causing damage to the property of the hostel or guests, a hotel employee or other people staying in the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the Hostel.
§ 4. SERVICES
1. The hostel provides services of a standard consistent with its category. If you have any concerns regarding quality, please report them as soon as possible.
§ 5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOSTEL
1. The hostel is not responsible for theft of money, theft, damage or destruction of papers. 2. The guest should notify the reception about the damage immediately after discovering it. valuables, valuables or items of value
§ 6. LIABILITY
1. Children under 12 years of age should stay on the Hostel premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused by children.
2. The guest of the facility bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices
3. The hostel reserves the right to charge the Guest's payment card for any damage found after his/her departure, and if the card details are missing, the Hostel has the right to request financial compensation from the Guest.
§ 7. RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT
1. Personal items accidentally left in the room by a departing guest will be sent back to the indicated address at the guest's expense.
2. If the Guest does not receive instructions to return the left items, the Hostel will consider them as abandoned items.
§ 8. NIGHT SILENCE
1. Night silence is observed in the facility from 22:00 to 06:00 the following day.
2. The behavior of guests and people using the Hostel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
§ 9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
1. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use open flames in the room, e.g. candles, irons, electric other similar devices that are not part of the room equipment.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hostel. In case of violation
